Electric Supply: 12v 100amp engine alternator charges 1 x 95 amp-hours starter battery and 5 x 110 amp-hours cabin batteries, charging alos by phoenix inverver / 120 amp charger. Engine and cabin bettery systems are separated by a blocking diode to avoide flattening the starter battery. Master swtiches cut off all systems, the cabin 12v system is protected by circuit breakers in a labelled panel with volt meter. 240v circuit with landline connection. Protected by 2 residual current devices (RCDs) with over cut-out. Independent on board 240v power from batteries via Phoenix combi 3000w inverter / charger which automatically switches to 120 amp charger mode when 240v supply connected.

Cooker& Fridge: Stainless Steel Vanette built in 4 burner hob, Spinflo Midi Prima MK3 oven and separate grill with door front. Shoreline4cu ft 12v Fridge. Washer/Dryer: wired and plumbed space in galley cupbaord for Washing Machine. Space and anchor points for two 13kg propane gas cylinders. Manual change over with singular pigtale. Supply to hob and oven with cut off taps to each appliance.
Toilet: Thetford cassette WC with swivel seat and press button flush, space for spare cassette. Wash basin semi cantilevered in vanity unit. Shower in vynil lined cubicle with aluminium framed acrylic doors.

(Steelwork and Style: 10/6/4 plating, shell in trad style with slipper stern, enhanced with one set of side doors, scrolled cants and hand rails, 41in x 38in aft hatch. Hull: lower hull sides coated with bitumen paint, hull sides above top rubbing strake finished in green enamel. Superstructure painted green with cream and red coach lines, aft name panel painted green ready for purchasers own sign writing, cabin top painted light grey, side decks and cabin top, aft and forward decks are finished with anti-slip surfaces. Bow carries cream panels either side of sturn post, counter carries red and cream panels.

Cockpit and Decks: forward cockpit and aft deck are of steel and are self draining, access to the engine is through ply panels, the weedhatch is easily accessible through a hinged steel lid in the aft deck. Fittings that are part of the shell steelwork include: traditional cabin-edgehandrails with positive-grip innerlip and scrolled deck/edge cants, integral poleand plank rack on cabin top, aft, side and forward door skins, forward cockpit c/lockers, recessed eyes for side fenders in gunwales. Brasswork: chimney bands, tiller and pin, mushroom vents, navigation lights. Windows and Doors: 5 aluminium framed cabin-side windows - all with top drop-back hopper panels all 21in deep. 4 x 14in diameter brass cabin side portholes - all of which open. Windows and portholes are gold annodised aluminium frames, the forward bulkhead carries steel skinned glazed doors with interior lining.
Inventory: On-deck items include headlight, horn and navigation lights. Finders: aft and fore buttons, pole and plank on cabin top rack. Inventory inside the cabin is as presented except for personal ornaments and glassware used for the photographs.
